LACC will accept the following test:

IELTS IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. It measures ability to communicate in English across all four language skills - listening, reading, writing and speaking - for people who intend to study or work where English is the language of communication.
LACC requires: 4.0 or Higher
 
EIKEN EIKEN is a test in Practical English Proficiency. Japan's leading language assessment test, backed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Test four skills, with compulsory speaking test, taken by 2.5 million examinees annually at 15,000 test sites.
LACC requires: 2nd Grade A or Higher
 
TOEFL A valuable tool for students who would like to study abroad in English, The TOEFL® (Test of English as a Foreign Language™) test opens more doors than any other academic English test. More than 6,000 institutions and agencies in 110 countries rely on TOEFL scores to select students with the English skills needed to succeed. The TOEFL test covers all facets of English proficiency, including a test of spoken English and grammar exercises.
LACC requires: 45 ~ (iBT), 133~ (CBT), 450~ (PBT)
 
TOEIC TOEIC® test has been used by institutions, companies and government agencies worldwide to measure the English proficiency of nonnative English-speaking people. With more than 4.5 million test takers per year, the TOEIC test is the standard for workplace English-language proficiency worldwide.
LACC requires: 470 or Higher
 
MELAB The Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) evaluated advanced-level English language competence of adult nonnative speakers of English.
LACC requires: 75 or Higher
