Los Angeles City College is a two year community college offering an Associate in Arts degree. We are equivalent to the first two years of a four year college or university, and do not offer Bachelor nor Master degrees. Most higher-degree granting institutions accept units completed at LACC. For example, UCLA accepts LACC students into the third year if they have completed 60 semester units of prescribed classes with a grade point average (GPA) of 2.4 or higher.
